Hi, everyone! Wow, I've been gone for almost 5 months now without updating anything. College is really different from life back at home, so I've been busy with work and friends and haven't been able to draw as much as I'd like. I'm not doing as well as I could be in class, but I'm signed up for two art classes next quarter (which is really exciting!!). Hopefully that goes well for me and I pick up my slack. I did draw a bit in my sketchbook with the inking pens one of my friends bought for me for Christmas, so I'll try to get those drawings up sometime soon (I just need to find a scanner). They're a bit disturbing though since I reverted back

I've finally begun packing for college to move in about 3 days. I'm not sure when I'll be able to start drawing again so I'll be on a little break for now. Hopefully, I'm back soon to at least respond to some things (I'll probably reply for these last few days), but bye for now everyone! Thank you to any watchers/views/comments/favs and future ones. =D

Extremely Helpful Video

I spent a full hour last night watching this video on painting skin and I tried doing what I learned from it today, and I have to say it was extremely helpful!! I've restarted coloring what I'm working on currently to try painting this way and I think I like the results (so far) a lot better. Although my color choice might not be perfect/too dark or whatnot, it's a lot nicer and I just need to practice with it more. It's also helping me move to slightly more realistic art! I hope everyone who sees this and needs help with painting skin will check out the video I posted below (and subscribe to the channel!!).
